Abstract

This affects the quality of services provided both material and non material. On the other hand the concept of private sector to privatize health services in the context of the hospital was so interesting. The purpose of privatization is not for profit but for effectiveness. Implementation of the privatization of health services (hospitals) are not suitable in Indonesia. It is caused by several factors.
